AFRICA – CanGo Africa, formerly known as SafeMotos, an on-demand moto taxi app, and operating in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), has closed after failing to raise sufficient funding to give it enough runway, reports Disrupt Africa. RWANDA – Rwandan SafeMotos, on-demand transport startup, has rebranded to CanGo and expanded operations into the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) after securing its largest funding round yet earlier this year.
